About Victor

Victor Del Rio is an actor and filmmaker working out of New York City. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the prestigious Mason Gross School of Arts at Rutgers University and has completed his MFA acting training at the world famous Actors Studio Drama School where he studied under the teachings of notable acting coach Susan Aston.
He has appeared in numerous TV Shows such as The Food That Built America (History), The Americans (FX), Evil Lives Here (Discovery +) and more recently Beer League: The Series starring as "Seven Trinno" opposite Jimmy Palumbo. In 2018, Victor made his NYC Theater Debut at The Duke on 42nd Street Theater, where he played the role of "Luke" in John Patterson’s NY Theater Festival Finalist Play, Versimilitude. Victor was also seen in the role of Jimmy in the new play by Johnathan Wallace titled Brooklyn of Light at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre. Victor has also be seen in numerous films such as Precognito (Amazon Prime) where he stars as the lead role "Micheal Ryley". He recently completed work on his second feature film The Martyr Of Gowanus playing opposite of Sawyer Spielberg and recently completed his own film titled Ed. |

Prior to Acting, Victor was a standout football player recruited by Salisbury University to play at the collegiate level. He played there for a year until he received a career ending injury that left him unsure of what he could do next. He quickly realized that the only other thing he enjoyed, and the only other thing that people ever told him he was good at, was forms of theater. He had always been a keen impersonator, class clown and would constantly be creating sketches to act out with friends and family members throughout his entire life. He moved back to New Jersey, which is his native state, and enrolled at Rutgers University where he began diving into the world of theater. The more involved he became in the theater, the more he began to see that the same principles that he had learned as an athlete were the same ones he needed to succeed as an actor. In his spare time, Victor enjoys fitness training as he is extremely committed to improving himself and living a healthy lifestyle. He is extremely passionate about sports and continues to volunteer in athletics as much as he can. He is also an avid movie goer and film buff. You can find Victor on the streets of NYC riding his skateboard across town, as it is one of the things that brings him the most sense of freedom in his life.
